Processing of the CANDIDATE's personal data IN THE PERSONNEL SELECTION PROCESS
To take care of the Candidate before establishing a job or other type of legal relationship, the Company UAB "DelfinGroup LT" (from now on - the Company) would like to inform you about the processing of personal data, which is carried out in the personnel selection process, in compliance with the Regulations, other European Union and, by the Company's registration for the country, the requirements and guidelines of the established national legislation.

To implement the personnel selection process, the Company may entrust the processing of your data to the data Processor - companies with relevant knowledge and skills necessary to provide specific services (for example, supervisors of our (IT) systems, marketing activity organizers, etc.). We are responsible for the processing of your data by the Processor. The Processor can process your data only according to our instructions and cannot use it for other purposes. These companies must protect your data by laws and regulations and our cooperation agreement.

HOW DOES THE COMPANY OBTAIN PERSONAL DATA OF THE CANDIDATE?
The Company can obtain the Candidate's personal data in the following ways:
1) receive them from the Candidate himself, personally referring to the vacancy announcement;
2) through job advertisement portals;
3) through third parties (a) a recommendation from an employee of the company; b) cooperation partners who process the Candidate's data on behalf of the company; c) state institutions providing job search services; (d) social networks).

DOES THE CANDIDATE HAVE TO PROVIDE HIS PERSONAL DATA?
The candidate is not obliged to provide the company with personal data. In case of failure to provide personal data, the Company is likely to reject the evaluation of such a Candidate for a vacant position.
The candidate is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information about himself to the Company, i.e. as well as in cases where such changes in the Candidate's data occurred during the recruitment process.
TO WHOM DOES THE COMPANY TRANSMIT THE CANDIDATE'S PERSONAL DATA?
The company transmits the Candidate's Personal Data:
- cooperation partners (Processor or individual Controller) related to the fulfillment of the purpose of processing personal data and the provision of services. Cooperation partners process personal data only according to our instructions and cannot be used for other purposes; cooperation partners are carefully evaluated before cooperation begins.
- to persons provided for in external normative acts (law enforcement institutions, courts or other state and municipal institutions) in order to fulfill a legal obligation; the transfer of personal data is carried out if a written request is received and the legal basis for such personal data processing is established; personal data is transferred in accordance with the procedure and scope established in the relevant normative act;
- for third parties in the cases provided for in the normative acts, defending their legitimate interests (for example, when the court is examining the case).
DOES THE COMPANY TRANSFER THE CANDIDATE'S PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA?
Currently, the Candidate's personal data is not sent outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Taking into account global technological solutions and in order to ensure the processing of the Candidate's personal data for the above purposes, the Candidate's personal data may be transferred for processing to the recipients of the Personal Data outside the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area, for example, if their service is provided by a cooperation partner (Processor, individual data Controller, joint Controller). In such cases, the Company verifies the suitability of the cooperation partner's personal data processing and the adequacy of the level of protection in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation.
WHAT ARE THE CANDIDATE'S RIGHTS REGARDING THE COMPANY'S PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
In compliance with the requirements of the regulatory acts governing the company's privacy and personal data protection, the Candidate is granted the right to request from the Company in writing:

Receive and send your personal data |
The candidate has the right to request information, obtain copies of his personal data processed by the Company, and ask to transfer his data to another Controller. |
The candidate's request (hereinafter - the Request) must be made in writing or in a form that can be considered written in accordance with normative legal acts, for example, an electronic document signed with a secure electronic signature.
During personnel selection, the Company does not make automated individual decisions.
HOW LONG DOES THE COMPANY EXAMINATE THE CANDIDATE'S APPLICATION?
The Company will provide the Candidate with an answer to the Request no later than within one month from the moment of receipt of such Request. If the examination of the Request takes longer than indicated above, the Company has the right to extend the deadline for fulfilling the request for another two months. In this case, the Company informs the Candidate about the reasons for the deadline extension and delay within a month from the date of receipt of the request.
HOW WILL THE COMPANY PROVIDE INFORMATION AT THE CANDIDATE'S REQUEST?
The Company will provide the Candidate with information about the Request, taking into account the method of receiving the answer specified in it, as well as assessing the security requirements for the transmission of the prepared information.
HOW SHOULD A CANDIDATE ACT IF THEY BELIEVE A COMPANY VIOLATED THEIR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
The Company ensures the processing of the Candidate's Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation and other European Union and national legal acts and this Document. If the Candidate believes that the Company's processing of his personal data has violated his right to privacy, the Candidate, in order to defend his interests, has the right to file a complaint with the Company, a supervisory authority or file a lawsuit in accordance with the procedure established by law.
